i have to say, when there are evil and irritating customers, there are also bound to be nice and kind customers and today, i met one which i would say is very nice.

Scenario:
As usual, working for the morning shift. then i have this customer that has a balance of $43. Upon checking in for this customer, i had to collect the amount from her. This balance was due to the neglience of one of my colleague as he had quoted her the wrong price and since it is also his fault, he had to bear half of the balance which is $20. The customer, after hearing that the remaining balance would be borne by our staff, then offered to pay everything! isn't that nice, i mean after all, it is also not the customer's fault.

if only all customers are like that. but sadly, this kind of scenario only happens like probably only 1 out of 100 customers. the remaining 99, as long as they don't shout at us, we will all be more than happy.

currently, me and jus still have 4140seconds more till we go. and aren't we not happy to go! going to eat and then going to tuition later. this week schedule is going to be hectic. tuition plus work. the kids exams are coming, PSLE is starting this week wednesday. i really hope all of them will be doing very very well.

alright. i'm done with all my things. going off soon.

i don't face the reality, i run away from it.
